VOLT Associés has advised the founders of the accountancy firm Tissendo Group on the investment by the IdiCo fund.

This transaction marks a new stage in Tissendo’s development and will, in particular, help to accelerate its growth and development ambitions.

The VOLT Associés team comprised Emmanuel Vergnaud (partner), Antoine Lhomme and Kevin Danga (associates) on corporate matters and Stéphane Letranchant (partner), Gontran Souweine (counsel) and Inès Bertrand (associate) on tax matters.
